POSITION SUMMARY:

This position, while working closely with the Manager/Director, is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the Department. Knowledge of insurance and third party payors, and medical terminology. Comprehensive knowledge of HBOC Star Program, MIDAS, Matrix, Microsoft Word, Excel, and EmStat. Excellent customer service skills. Three to five years health systems/hospital, or related experience. Previous supervisory experience preferred.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:

• High school graduate or the equivalent required
• Must be proficient in typing/computer entry
• Years of experience: 3-5
