Ohio Valley Eye Institute, PC is Hiring an Ophthalmic Technician Near Evansville, IN

We are looking to add an Ophthalmic Technician to our team. If you have been in eye care, or other medical care, maybe not ophthalmology, and want to learn more, we would like to train the right individuals.

Skills to possess:

  • desire and ability to learn; excellent technical/computer skills
  • strong math skills/problem solving skills
  • enjoy working with patients; compassionate and caring
  • some college or degree preferred
  • able to work M-F; excellent attendance

What we will do:

  • train you to use our EHR
  • train you/enhance your skills in our medical testing equipment
  • work with you to become a certified ophthalmic assistant
  • pay for your certification upon being certified
