Responsible for the day to day management of Customer Support staff. Provide management of Customer Support including: Deposits, Loans, Credit Cards, Debit Cards and E-Services. Preparation of monthly customer contact reports, including, but not limited to call and email volume, quarterly agent call reviews, scheduling. Provide training for new Customer Support agents and ongoing continuing education for existing agents. Creation of J/H Cases, Maintain Quick Reference Guide updates. All other duties assigned.
