Yard Lead / Supervisor

Ohio Mulch is a landscape supply company that has been providing innovative products and services to satisfied customers for more than 40-years. We produce and sell more mulch in Ohio than any other manufacturer. We are looking for a Yard Lead for our newest location in Milford, Ohio!

The successful candidate will be an assistant to the manager learning all aspects of our retail business. The ideal candidate will assist throughout the season working with and through the manager guiding and training our store employees and drivers.

Qualifications include:

• We are looking for people who enjoy working with people and being outside.
• Must be able to work weekends.
• Must be physically fit and able to lift 50 pounds.
• Experience operating a bobcat and forklift is a plus but not required.

• Bobcat/Skidsteer: 1 year (Preferred)
• Landscaping: 1 year (Preferred)
• Forklift: 1 year (Required)

License/Certification:

• Driver's License (Required)

• Milford, OH 45150: Relocate before starting work (Required)
