We are looking for a Community Health Worker (Promotor de Salud) to join our team and help us provide quality healthcare services to our community. The ideal candidate will have a passion for helping others and a strong understanding of the social determinants of health. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing professional medical interpretation, culturally-responsive health education, connecting individuals to resources, and advocating for policy changes that benefit the community.
