GENERAL SUMMARY:

Ohana Server is responsible for ensuring safety and cleaning measures, to keep staff and customers safe, taking patrons orders, recording orders in our POS system in a timely manner, as well as ensuring that our patrons are satisfied with both the consumable products and high-quality customer service that they experience at our facility. Ohana Server will also be responsible for accurately delivering food, and beverage orders to our customers in a timely manner, and customer-centric fashion. We are looking for Servers to be passionate about food, and service while thoroughly enjoying creating our customer's exceptional dining experience in a fast-paced restaurant/bar setting. We also expect a level of presentation with self; staying to our dress code, and hygenic practices, you will be the face of the restaurant and representing the Ohana brand.
