Responsibilities

• Lead a class of 10-25 individuals with provided workout of the day

• Develop a positive relationship with members by leading an exciting, challenging and safe workout

• Motivate individuals with 1:1 attention and the class with enthusiasm
• Demonstrate movements using safe, correct technique and form. Provide progressions and regressions to members based on different fitness levels
• Come prepared with full knowledge of the pre-programed work out of the day
• Greet every member by first name to establish community and rapport
• Knowing how to use and demonstrate usage for every piece of equipment utilized in every workout
• Being a team player
• Help manage daily studio operations & maintain a clean, organized, and presentable studio at all times.
• Be the face of F45 and own the studio experience.
• Assist in leading the F45 Challenge program and guide members accordingly.

Requirements

• 2 years of professional experience in instructing group fitness classes. 2 years in the fitness industry.

• Certified by an accredited organization such as ACE, NASM, ACSM, NSCA, NFPT, etc.

• Passionate about the health & fitness industry and impacting lives.

• Advanced-level knowledge of physiology, exercise technique, and body mechanics.

• Positive, motivating, and effective interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to prioritize, multi-task, and meet goals in a fast-paced environment.

Opportunities

• Part-Time position up to 29 hours (Weekday: Early mornings & evenings, weekend mornings)
• Coach 2-4 classes per day
