```Duties```
- Develop and implement environmental health and safety (EHS) programs and policies to ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations
- Conduct regular inspections and audits to identify potential hazards and recommend corrective actions
- Investigate accidents, incidents, and near misses to determine root causes and implement preventive measures
- Maintain accurate records of EHS activities, including incident reports, inspection findings, and training documentation
- Provide training and education to employees on EHS topics, including hazard communication, emergency response procedures, and personal protective equipment (PPE) usage
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement safety initiatives and best practices
- Stay current on industry trends and regulatory changes related to EHS
```Experience```
- Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Science, or related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in environmental health and safety role
- Strong knowledge of OSHA regulations and EPA guidelines
- Experience in conducting incident investigations and root cause analysis
- Proficient in report writing and record keeping
- Familiarity with workers' compensation laws and processes
- Ability to develop and deliver effective training programs
- First Aid/CPR certification is preferred
