Join a Topton distribution team as the temporary dispatch clerk! You will be responsible to keep things moving through the distribution center, getting the chance to communicate with drivers, customers, and more!

7am-3:30pm, Mon-Fri (Overtime on Saturdays may be required when necessary)

Duties:
- Coordinate and schedule transportation services for deliveries and pickups
- Monitor and track shipments to ensure on-time delivery
- Communicate with drivers, customers, and other stakeholders to provide updates on shipment status
- Analyze transportation data and make recommendations for process improvements
- Utilize transportation management systems to manage logistics operations
- Maintain accurate records of shipments, including tracking information and delivery confirmations
- Collaborate with the shipping and receiving department to ensure smooth operations

Qualifications:
- Excels in communicating with others (emails, phones, face-to-face)

-Previous experience in transportation management or dispatching
- Knowledge of supply chain and logistics operations
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in record keeping
