Office Pride is looking to hire a hard-working handyman. Basic experience is required. The candidate will help with handyman/repair tasks and maintenance of houses. We can guarantee from a full-time to a part-time job. Some of Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• General Plumbing: Leaks, clogs, basic repair, etc.
• Electrical: basic electrical repairs,replacement or installation of light bulbs, etc.
• Dry wall repair: wall repair and others
• Painting: from minor touch-ups to painting of full walls
• HVAC: very basic knowledge of HVAC systems.
• Landscaping: some landscaping knowledge

Education, Certifications and/or Experience

• High School Diploma is preferred, but not required.

• Physical demands include walking and standing, climbing, bending, kneeling to clean floors by hand, push and pull objects, lift and move objects, repetitive bending and lifting, and repetitive arm movements.
• Travel to/from Houston locations.
