Buscamos a personas que ayuden con mantenimiento de casas (handyman). Garantizamos desde part-time hasta full-time dependiendo de lo que el candidato este buscando.
Se requiere experiencia basica de handyman. Entre mas experiencia mejor. Entre otras cosas, es preferible si el candidato sabe de: plomeria basica, electricidad basica, drywall repair/ sheetrock (obligatorio saber reparar sheetrook), pintura (obligatorio saber pintar), HVAC basico, yardas basico

Office Pride is looking to hire a hard-working handyman. Basic experience is required. The candidate will help with handyman/repair tasks and maintenance of houses. We can guarantee from a full-time to a part-time job. The more experience the better, candidate must know the following: basic plumbing, basic electric, drywall repair/sheetrock (mandatory to know how to repair sheetroock, paiting (mandatory to know how to paint), HVAC basic, lawn care basic.

Important: Each candidate must have a clean driving record, a valid TX driver’s license, pass a background check and be willing to submit to drug testing at any time.

Experience Level: The more experience the better. Varies

Some of Essential Duties and Responsibilities

General Plumbing: Leaks, clogs, basic repair, etc.
Electrical: basic electrical repairs,replacement or installation of light bulbs, etc.
Dry wall repair: wall repair and others
Painting: from minor touch-ups to painting of full walls
HVAC: very basic knowledge of HVAC systems.
Landscaping: some landscaping knowledge

Education, Certifications and/or Experience

High School Diploma is preferred, but not required.
Handyman experience required.

Language Skills

Ability to speak and write English or Spanish fluently

Work Environment

Physical demands include walking and standing, climbing, bending, kneeling to clean floors by hand, push and pull objects, lift and move objects, repetitive bending and lifting, and repetitive arm movements.
Travel to/from Houston locations.
