Office Pride of Louisville-Jeffersontown is Hiring an Office Admin for Christian Cleaning Company Near Louisville, KY

Duties/Responsibilities:
  1. Implements all phases of the recruitment process
    1. Assists with job posting and advertisement processes.
    2. Screens applications and selects qualified candidates.
    3. Schedules interviews and reviews interview questions and other hiring and selection materials.
    4. Conducting interviews with qualified candidates, and occasionally with other managers, directors, and other stakeholders.
    5. Collaborates with the area managers and/or other human resource staff during the offer process.
    6. Ensures compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, and company policies.
  2. Assists Branch Manager with various tasks (e.g. buying office supplies)
Required Skills/Experience:
  1. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  2. Excellent interpersonal skills
  3. Proactive and independent with the ability to take initiative.
  4. Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
  5. Familiarity with laws, regulations, and best practices applicable to hiring and recruitment.
  6. Proficient with or the ability to quickly learn applicant-tracking software or other recruitment systems.
  7. High school diploma, associates preferred
  8. Two to three years’ experience in an office setting
  9. Proficient with Microsoft Office software and phone systems
