Job Title: Telemarketing Agent

Job Summary:

You can earn a competitive hourly rate of $15 per hour plus bonuses with little to no prior experience and a great attitude for growth and teamwork!

Responsibilities:

- Make outbound calls to potential customers and promote our products/services

- Identify new appointment opportunities and generate leads

- Schedule appointments for our sales team to follow up

- Meet weekly and monthly targets

- Keep detailed records of customer interactions in our database

- Participate in marketing training and meetings

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent

- Previous telemarketing experience preferred

- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets

- Negotiation and persuasion skills preferred

- Organized and detail-oriented

- Familiarity with CRM software and MS Office

Working Conditions:

This is a part-time position, Monday to Friday, 10 am to 2 pm. You'll be working from our newly renovated office, using a computer and talking on the phone.
