MISSIONS
Provide prompt, courteous, and efficient handling of all requests for guest room reservations, changes, cancellations, and information.
Provide information and assistance to all guests and visitors; coordinate all guest requests for special arrangements or services, courteously and efficiently.
Must be able to perform job functions with attention to detail, speed, and accuracy; prioritize, organize and follow-up;

PROFILE
- Candidate must have a minimum of one (1) years’ experience in similar role within a luxury resort / hotel.
- Strong knowledge of Opera an asset.
- Strong soft selling skills with a genuine passion for sales and curating relationships.
- Full Fluency of the English language, both written and spoken. Fluency in a second language an asset.
- This role requires the job holder to work flexible hours.
- Valid Driver’s License in order to drive company vehicle(s).
- Ability to communicate at all levels with excellent listening, verbal & written communication skills.
