OEM Medical Solutions LLC is Hiring an Account Manager - Medical Equipment Logistics and Sales Near Baltimore, MD

OEM Medical Solutions, LLC is looking to hire a driven Account Manager to join our Sales team.

Based in Rosedale, MD, OEM Medical Solutions services healthcare facilities, both large and small within the MD, southern PA, Delaware, DC, and southern VA region. Services provided include medical equipment logistics (moving, storage), repair, preventative maintenance, and brokerage.

The Account Executive works closely with OEM's Territory Managers and Operations team in order to support the demands of the business. This role goes beyond traditional sales responsibilities, requiring one to take on various responsibilities in order to drive exceptional results across the organization. At OEM, we prioritize a proactive approach, consistently going above and beyond to ensure our customers' success.

Region: Baltimore, DC, and surrounding areas

Core Responsibilities:

  • Manage the pickup and delivery of medical equipment to customers in a timely and organized manner.
  • Act as a liaison between customers and internal teams, ensuring effective communication for successful service execution.
  • Identify and prospect potential clients in the healthcare sector, including hospitals, clinics, and healthcare networks.
  • Conduct on-site visits to healthcare facilities to evaluate their medical equipment requirements and understand their workflow and space constraints.
  • Maintain accurate, up-to-date records of equipment pickup/delivery, customer interactions, and sales forecasts in the CRM system.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to identify potential opportunities for equipment upgrades, replacements, and new sales based on on-site evaluations.
  • Ensure all necessary documentation, including contracts, agreements, and compliance requirements, is accurately maintained and up-to-date.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 1-year experience in sales or operations
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in providing exceptional customer service
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Confident working in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to always remain professional and courteous with customers and colleagues
  • Self-motivated and capable of working with minimal supervision
  • As this role entails a considerable amount of travel to various locations, it is crucial for the candidate to have a valid driver's license. A company car will be provided.
