We are currently seeking a dynamic individual to join our team in a hybrid role combining responsibilities of an Assistant Project Manager and Assistant Superintendent, primarily located in the field.

Job Description:

As a key member of our team, the successful candidate will oversee various construction projects, ensuring that all aspects are executed efficiently. This hybrid position requires a flexible individual capable of managing responsibilities in both field supervision and project management. This role is pivotal for someone seeking rapid career advancement opportunities within our organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in managing day-to-day operational aspects of projects.
• Supervise minor construction projects in the field, ensuring quality and timeliness.
• Collaborate closely with the Project Manager based in Gainesville to coordinate project efforts.
• Participate in the full project lifecycle from planning through execution.
• Implement and adhere to Oelrich Construction's Proven Process, ensuring project success and maximizing value.
• Communicate effectively with all project stakeholders, maintaining high standards of professionalism.

Requirements:

• 2-4 years of experience in Commercial General Contracting or Construction Management, with field experience strongly preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management.
• Located in the greater Orlando market or willing to relocate.
• Strong desire for a foundational opportunity with potential rapid advancement to Project Manager.
• Excellent communication skills, capable of effective collaboration with team members who may be geographically dispersed.
• Ability to adapt to a hybrid role with varying responsibilities in both field and office settings.
