Responsibilities:

• Attend client training sessions regularly to stay updated on industry developments, promotions, and products.
• Create and maintain customer accounts.
• Develop and execute goals collaboratively, ensuring team sales targets are met.
• Engage in face-to-face interactions with new and existing customers to maintain brand recognition.
• Maintain consistent and effective communication with team members and management.
• Educate and mentor new representatives.
