We are seeking a motivated and ambitious individual to join our team as an Entry Level Management Trainee. In this role, you will attend regular client training sessions, create and maintain customer accounts, develop and execute goals collaboratively, engage in face-to-face interactions with consumers, and mentor new representatives. Responsibilities:

• Attend regular client training sessions to stay updated on industry developments, promotions, and products.
• Create and maintain customer accounts.
• Develop and execute goals collaboratively, ensuring team sales targets are achieved.
• Engage in face-to-face interactions with new and existing consumers to maintain brand recognition.
• Maintain consistent and effective communication with team members and management.
• Educate and mentor new representatives.

Qualifications and Skills:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
• Excellent time management skills with a can-do attitude.
