Purpose of Position: The primary focus of this position is to promote our clients' brand names by developing and supporting field marketing programs. As a Marketing and Promotions Manager, you will collaborate with Event Marketing Specialists, corporate marketing, and sales organizations to support sales activities such as shows, events, and campaigns. Utilize your marketing expertise to develop and execute programs that increase demand and drive revenue.

Primary Duties:

• Impact sales results by developing, supporting, and executing field marketing and segment activities.
• Execute marketing campaigns and plan events based on expertise.
• Collaborate with corporate/field marketing managers to determine customized programs and strategies for various market segments.
• Provide coordination and project management to ensure event success.
• Publicize events and work with Account Development to raise awareness and drive high levels of attendance and participation by the targeted audience.

Requirements:

• 1-2 years of experience or training in marketing or sales preferred, exceptions made for the right candidate.
• Experience in customer service or other people-oriented fields is desired.
• Exceptional organizational and project management skills.
• Exceptional communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and contribute in a team environment.
