Job Title: Entry Level Sales and Marketing

Vascular Team! This is a full-time position for the right person who is an energetic, fast learner, detail oriented, and has a positive attitude.

Job Summary

The field marketer will be responsible for the design, implementation, and execution of field marketing campaigns. They will work closely with providers and the marketing team to promote lead generation and create upsell opportunities. This position will be a liaison between clients and our company. Provide valuable information about our services and providers to potential clients. Foster human relationships through communication and distribution of marketing materials to drive an increase in our business.

Essential Functions:

• Conduct research into marketing geographic areas for field marketing our vascular and podiatry services.
• Present, promote and sell services using solid sales pitch to prospective customers.
• Develop robust knowledge of all our services: Obtain and maintain education regarding medical services offered by the providers in practice.
• Create various literature, signage, merchandise, and other materials to be used at field marketing events.
• Monitor industry trends, and competitor activities.
• Report weekly/monthly on the status of sales and marketing activities.
• Report weekly/monthly on status of sales and marketing activities.
• Report to Marketing Support Coordinator data on sales and marketing connections established through lunches, field marketing, and events.
• Follow all regulations and compliance standards related to the medical community.
• Regular traveling to Northern Virginia area.
• Other duties as assigned by manager.

Required:

• Love of a fast-moving environment.

Preferred:

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, economics, or related field.
• Experience in the sales and/or marketing industry.

Salary: $45,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year depending on candidate’s level of experience and education.
