Position Overview:

The Assistant Brand Manager is a crucial team member in the marketing and advertising department, an entry-level role in our Management Training Program. Comprehensive training covers basic marketing strategy, direct advertising, promotional techniques, visual merchandising, and consumer market research. Successful program completion leads to advancement as team leads in the marketing department, reporting directly to the Executive Marketing Manager.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in the daily growth and development of assigned campaigns.
• Contribute to customer acquisition and retention efforts.
• Expertly manage the needs of external customers.
• Develop strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Drive sales through retail promotional campaigns.
• Build brand recognition through local events and experiential marketing.
• Plan, execute, and manage Brand Ambassador teams.
• Interact and communicate effectively with customers.
• Demonstrate problem-solving skills and make professional judgments.
