Larsmont Cottages is seeking a part-time Guest Services member to join our award-winning team. This position plays a pivotal role in guaranteeing an exceptional experience for our guests. This position is ideal for those who like to perform a variety of tasks both indoors and outdoors.

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential function satisfactorily. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions. 

• Help to maintain the cleanliness of resort property to ensure it remains pristine and welcoming for our guests.
• Assist in creation of guest programing.
• Deliver firewood and light fires for guests in designated locations.
• Become a local activity expert, enhancing guest experiences with recommendations on things to do in the area. 
• Perform minor maintenance tasks as needed.
• Provide transportation assistance by shuttling guests or employees as necessary.
• Minor housekeeping-related duties
• Deliver requested items directly to our guests, ensuring their needs are met promptly and with care.
• Offer support in the upkeep of our fleet of bikes and other equipment.
• Maintain safe pathways and clear access areas by assisting with snow removal as needed.
• Assist with minor lawn care tasks. 

Requirements

CERTIFICATIONS, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS

• Valid driver’s license

PHYSICAL DEMANDS

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is constantly required to stand, walk, sit, hear, use hands, reach, climb, stoop, and kneel. The employee will frequently be required to talk and taste and/or smell. The employee must be able to lift and/or move up to 100 pounds. Specific vision requirements include close and distant-vision capabilities. 

WORK ENVIRONMENT

While performing the duties of this job, the employee will be frequently exposed to outdoor weather conditions. The employee will seldom be exposed to wet, hot, humid conditions, high or precarious places. The employee will be exposed to moderate noise conditions.
