JobDescription: As a Customer Service Representative; the associate has to handle inbound calls from the customer or do an outbound call within guidelines/goals established by the client and management. This position requires good communication skills; the ability to effectively handle information requests, compliments and complaints with a positive attitude and attention to details.
Responsibilities:
a) Receive requests from 3rd party/customersentities through calls and provide responses with the required documents to therequestor via call.
b) Make outbound calls (if required) to confirmchanges, if needed
c) Submit changes on existing policies in system
d) Set up a reminder and follow up with customer ontimely manner
Qualifications:
a) High School Diploma or GED equivalent,
b) 06 months ofcustomer service experience
