Reservations and Guest Services Agent for Odyssey Lodge, a new remote luxury Alaskan adventure lodge located in Kachemak Bay near Homer, AK. See: https://www.odysseylodge.com . Note: at Odyssey we are using Cloudbeds for Property Management & Booking Engine systems for lodging. And using Open Table for restaurant reservations at the Meandering Goat, the 60 seat lodge restaurant; while using Toast for restaurant management. Familiarity with Cloudbeds and Open Table or experience using similar systems is essential. Accounting or Bookkeeping training and experience is helpful.

Ideally during Season (June though September) this person will live in or relocate to Homer or nearby and commute to the lodge daily on our 9:00 AM departure and 5:00 PM return boats. During the Off-Season the person could work remotely part time on guest services/marketing and relatively full time if providing Accounting/Bookkeeping services.

During Season the position includes covering the reception desk, introducing guests to the lodge facilities and showing them to their cabins. While also responding to/communicating with future guest online and by telephone.
