Summary/Objective
The Operations Systems Implementation Manager will own critical business processes as part of onboarding new business and/or warehouses.

Education and Experience
Required

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Logistics, Industrial Engineering or equivalent work experience
• 3 years of experience interfacing with external and internal customers
• 5 years of Warehouse Management System (WMS) experience
• Proven Leadership Skills
• Operations and CSR background
• Previous Startup Experience

Minimum Physical Requirements

• General office working conditions
• Work is performed inside and outside the property with exposure to inclement weather (heat/cold) and unpredictable crisis situations.
