Requirements for Operations Specialist:

• Completes all required documentation on inbound and outbound.
• Understands the WMS system and has the knowledge to problem solve and troubleshoot order issues.
• Understand and perform order audits based on quantity and customer specific.
• Requests that vary between retailers based on existing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and work instructions.
• Ability to train others and act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME).
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 3 - 5 years of Forklift experience.
• Must be "hands on", able to handle multiple priorities, and meet deadlines.
• Microsoft Office suite experience and Warehouse Management System experience.
