ODM Construction Inc is Hiring an Office Secretary Near Agoura Hills, CA

Job Overview:

We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented Office Secretary to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office.

Duties:

- Manage office supplies inventory and place orders
- Answer and direct phone calls in a polite and professional manner
- Assist in organizing and scheduling appointments
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently
- Maintain filing systems, both electronic and physical
- Assist with bookkeeping tasks using QuickBooks
- Coordinate with vendors, clients, and staff as needed
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and emails

Qualifications:

- Proficiency in Google Suite for document management and communication
- Experience as a personal assistant or in a medical office setting is a plus
- Strong data entry skills with attention to detail
- Familiarity with phone systems and proper phone etiquette
- Knowledge of medical receptionist duties such as order entry is beneficial
- Ability to computerize information accurately
- Experience with QuickBooks for basic bookkeeping tasks
