NAC 1 base wage range is $19.00-$20.00 per hour, depending upon your prior NAC experience and tenure.

Not licensed yet? We can hire graduates of an accredited NAC training program. If not licensed, the hourly pay is minimum wage. You have 120 days from date of hire to obtain your active NAC license.

• Our NACs work closely with our residents, nursing staff, and rehabilitation team

• Must appreciate, and be capable of, working as an integrative team member

• Reports to Director of Nursing Services, and is supervised / supported by the Charge Nurse and Team Leader

• Independent and critical thinking is required for success in this role
