Program Mission...
The program will provide desktop management and user support, to include computer systems, mobile devices, printers, and software, for several thousand staff across the Maryland Metro area and those working remotely.
Skills & RequirementsRequirements...
- At least 3 years' experience in the server administration and Desktop Platform Management (DPM) field.
- Performing tasks related to daily operations and maintenance of systems in an enterprise environment.
- Experience with Windows and Mac OS.
- Experience with Active Directory.
- Experience with Apple iOS and other mobile/tablet devices.
- Installing and verifying operating system patches.
- Monitoring performance, health, and availability of systems.
- Managing assigned ServiceNow tickets as well as queue management.
- Experience with leading ITIL standards and hold an ITIL Foundations certification (or obtain within the first 3 months of hire).
Years of Experience: 3 years' experience in the server administration and DPM field.
Education/Certifications: ITIL Foundations certification within three months of hire.
Locations: Rockville, MD Area.
Clearance: Ability to obtain and maintain an agency-level Public Trust clearance.
