Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Performs preventative maintenance duties in guest rooms and all other areas of the hotel
• R esponds to reported problems and issues and p erforms general repairs
• Assists with maintaining the pool area according to company and brand standards in addition to applicable state and local codes
• Maintains external property appearance including lawn, landscaping and parking lot
• Performs building and equipment preventative maintenance duties
• Assists team members and other departments as needed to contribute to operational efficiency
• Ensures all maintenance areas and equipment are clean, organized and secur ed
• Maintains basic knowledge of fire safety equipment, refrigeration, pool and elevator operation
• Maintains operational knowledge of common power and hand tools
• Ability to Drive the Hotel Shuttle within a 5 mile radius of the Hotel.
• Performs a dditional responsibilities as assigned by l eadership
