Maintenance Supervisor

Duties:
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of the maintenance team
- Oversee the maintenance and repair of facilities and equipment
- Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies
- Train and mentor maintenance staff
- Monitor inventory levels and order necessary supplies
- Collaborate with other departments to address maintenance needs
- Perform hands-on maintenance tasks as needed

Requirements:
- Fluent in English, both written and verbal communication skills are essential
- Proven experience in supervising a maintenance team
- Strong knowledge of facilities maintenance, including electrical, mechanical, and plumbing systems
- Ability to weld and fabricate as needed
- Familiarity with CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System)
- Knowledge of logic controllers is a plus
- Strong leadership and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
