Oceanview To Go is looking for an experienced cafe manager to help lead our front of the house team. The right candidate will be an important member of the management team in our cafe/takeout restaurant, and will under the direction of the general manager, and in partnership the current supervisor and deli kitchen manager to provide a quality guest experience.
This role is partially a hybrid position. The selected candidate will spend a week training as a staff member in order to understand the requirements of the job and the staff which they will manage; they will then spend two weeks in management training. Two days of this training will be spent learning how to serve tables in the Diner in order to be available to cover shifts if need be, and to allow them the opportunity to work private events if they wish.
