Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer and direct phone calls
- Provide general administrative support, such as filing, faxing, and data entry
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area
Skills:
- Proficiency in operating phone systems and handling multiple phone lines
- Previous experience as a medical receptionist or in a similar role is preferred
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Accurate data entry skills with attention to detail
-Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for interacting with patients, staff, and visitors
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Experience in front desk operations within a medical office is a plus
Bilingual preferred, but not required.
