Job Description:
We are seeking a compassionate and reliable Home Health Aide (HHA) to join our team. As a HHA, you will provide essential support to our clients, assisting with daily living activities, personal care, and ensuring a safe and clean environment. This role is pivotal in enhancing our clients' quality of life and providing peace of mind to their families.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist clients with personal care needs such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
• Help with mobility and transfers, including the use of equipment if necessary.
• Perform light housekeeping tasks, meal preparation, and medication reminders.
• Monitor and report changes in the client's health, behavior, and needs to the supervising nurse.
• Provide companionship and emotional support.
• Comply with all health and safety regulations and company policies.

Requirements:

• Certified Home Health Aide (HHA) certificate from a recognized program.
• Proven experience as a Home Health Aide or in a similar caregiving role.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Compassionate and patient with a strong dedication to client care.
• Must pass a background check and have a clean driving record.
• CPR and First Aid certification preferred.
