Job Description:
As a Home Health Aide (HHA) with Ocean Care Agency, you will be responsible for assisting our clients with daily living activities, providing emotional and physical support, and contributing to a safe and comfortable home environment. Your dedication will make a direct impact on the lives of our clients and their families.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist clients with personal care activities including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
  • Help clients with mobility issues and physical therapy exercises.
  • Perform light housekeeping tasks such as cleaning, laundry, and meal preparation.
  • Monitor and report changes in the client’s health, behavior, and needs.
  • Accompany clients to appointments and assist with medications as needed.
  • Provide companionship and maintain a caring and nurturing environment.

Qualifications:

  • Florida Certified Home Health Aide, Nurse Assistant, or equivalent certification.
  • Experience in home health care or similar field preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Compassionate, patient, and caring nature.
  • Must be able to perform physical tasks required by the job.
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
