Ocean Breeze Waterpark is Hiring a Lead Clean Team Member Near Virginia, VA

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Must be able to fulfill all functions and duties of a Clean Team Member
Work Clean Team Shifts as needed
Support the Clean Team supervisory team
Respond to requests for assistance from Clean Team members
Perform zone walk through and ensure zones are maintained to park standards related to park cleanliness
Conduct pre and post shift meetings
Ability to properly and safely operate equipment used
Assist with in-service training sessions and weekly safety topic trainings
Communicate effectively with team members, other Clean Team Leads, and leadership
Ensure park policies and procedures are being followed by all team members
Maintain a clean and safe work environment for customers and other team members
Provide superior customer service to all customers in a polite and expedient manner
Assist customers with questions regarding Ocean Breeze Waterpark
Follow park policies and procedures
Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

Must be 16 years of age or older
Minimum of 1 year housekeeping experience
Ability to accept guidance and supervision
Record of punctuality and infrequent call outs
Demonstrate ability to work independently
Ability to communicate effectively with customers, team members, and leadership
Be aware, attentive, and work well with others
Ability to work in outdoor weather conditions while taking precautions, including hydration and sun-protection

Physical Requirements:

Must be able to sit, stand or walk for extended periods of time
Ability to climb stairs
Must be able to lift, carry, move, and/or position items weighing up to 25 lbs
