Ocean Breeze Waterpark is Hiring a 15-Year-Old Clean Team Member Near Virginia, VA

No prior experience required.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Regularly clean and clear tables, chairs, walkways, windows, floors, restrooms, and walls
Trash collection and disposal
Special clean up situations as needed
Properly use all safety equipment
Maintain a clean and safe work environment for customers and other team members
Provide superior guest service to all customers in a polite and expedient manner
Assist customers with all questions regarding Ocean Breeze Waterpark
Follow all park policies and procedures
Maintain a professional image
Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

Applicants must be at least 15 years of age with a worker’s permit
Ability to accept guidance and supervision
Ability to communicate effectively with public, customers and team members
Ability to work independently and as a team
Be aware, attentive, and work well with others
Ability to work in outdoor weather conditions while taking precautions, including hydration and sun-protection

Physical Requirements:

Must be able to sit, stand or walk for extended periods of time
Ability to climb stairs
Must be able to lift, carry, move, and/or position items weighing up to 25 lbs. individually, anything heavier would be a team lift
