These conversations typically happen when the field rep brings lunch in for the office of primary care, pediatric, internal medicine, OBGYN, psychiatrist, therapist, or other referral sources. These conversations also happen through one-on-one interactions while visiting a referring office to thank them/follow up on a past conversation, group presentations, clinic tours, attending and exhibiting at conferences, and hosting company-sponsored functions. An effective field rep will learn about the various diagnoses we treat and effectively communicate how we do so to achieve unparalleled results. The field rep will set activity and new patient admission goals and create plans to achieve those goals.
