Occupational Training Center is Hiring a Diesel Fleet Mechanic- All Levels Near Burlington, NJ

Maintains vehicle functional condition by listening to operator complaints; conducting inspections; repairing engine failures; repairing mechanical and electrical systems malfunctions; replacing parts and components; repairing body damage.
Perform preventative maintenance on equipment.
Verifies vehicle service ability by conducting test drives; adjusting controls and systems.
Complies with state vehicle requirements by testing engine, safety, and combustion control standards.
Maintains vehicle appearance by cleaning, washing, and painting.
Maintains vehicle records by recording service and repairs.
Keeps shop equipment by following operating instructions; troubleshooting breakdown; performing preventive maintenance.
Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading technical publications.
Play an active role in the development of the safety culture, making safety a natural part of all work performed.
Follow all safety and procedures.
Follow all company policies and procedures.
Willingly and effectively cooperates with OTC, The Department of Human Services, The Division of Developmental Disabilities (DDD), and other licensing or state agency or local municipalities in any inspections and investigations, upon request.
Other duties as assigned.
