Looking for a full-time front office lead for a busy orthopaedic surgery practice. Must be willing to travel to our secondary location 2 half days a week. Spanish speaker preferred but not required. Pay depends on experience. We seek a friendly team player who can multitask and communicate well with multiple office locations. 
Requirements: 
-Answering phones and scheduling patients.
-Greet and check in patients.
-Collect patient payments and post them accordingly.
-Scan insurance cards and patient documents into charts.
-Assist with surgery scheduling (gathering preop clearances, scheduling patient preop appointments)
-Inputting authorizations for HMO and PPO insurance and scheduling patients appropriately.
-May be asked to room patients when the office is busy.
-Maintain and order medical and office supplies.
**This is a full-time, in-office position.
