At OC Broad Services, we are an agency that provides in-home services to relieve family members from the constant demand of responsibility of providing care for their loved ones with any developmental disability. We are looking for caregivers or anyone who is wanting a career in providing care to those who are in need. If you want to make a difference in someone's life, join our team!
We are looking for a caregiver who is near or lives in the city of Costa Mesa, California. This is a case for a a 38-year-old female. This client has cerebral palsy, a mild intellectual disability, and epilepsy. We are looking for an caregiver who can provide and assist with her personal care and ensuring that she is participating in daily living activities. She does need supervision and making sure that she attends to all medical appointments she may have. We need someone who is willing to give her support and companionship.
For this client we are looking for someone who can work with this client Mon- Fri 1:30pm -9:30. However, the hours may fluctuate and can change. We will work with your availability and the client availability. Scheduled hours may not be guaranteed upon hire but will be considered. OC Broad Services cannot guarantee hours however, our staff will do their best to schedule you with the best placement based on your availability, experience, and location.

The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this position. The employee is occasionally to frequently asked to lift and or move 50-75 pounds and maneuver a manual wheelchair. Employee is occasionally required to lift and/or move person served of any weight. The employee is frequently asked to sit, walk, stand, bend, twist, stoop, kneel, crouch , crawl, push, pull and reach. The employee must have fine manipulation ability of both hands. The employee must constantly listen, talk, see and focus. The employee must be able to handle highly stressful situations on a day to day basis.
