Responsibilities

OBXtek is currently staffing for Logistics Analyst Support for the National Guard Bureau in Arlington, VA.

The person in this job will handle the following responsibilities:

• Provide general logistics entries, assessments, technical review and reporting on CBRN Enterprise. Review and analyze equipment readiness information and evaluate progress to resolve or mitigate potential problems daily. Provide written report to Division Chief and Program Manager
• Draft documents as directed by NGB-J34 to update the WMD-CST Table of Distribution and Allowances and submit approved change documents to ARNG Resource Management Branch.
• Review and report logistics data requirements/discrepancies to Program Manager and Division Chief weekly and identify shortfalls and impacts on readiness.
• Assist in the technical evaluation of logistics programs and CBRN.
• Conduct weekly reviews of logistic technical and professional materials and provide written assessments.
• Perform random analysis and assessments on targeted logistics support and/or equipment for quality assurance based on government-provided list. Submit assessment to Division Chief and Program Manager by the 15th day of each month.
• Research, review, and interpret CoMSupCen, Recon, Maintenance Aging, Maintenance History, Document History, Budget Rollup Reports, and Defense Readiness Reporting System (DRRS) reports and provide detail analysis of the reports to the CBRN Enterprise Branch Chief on the 15th day of each month.
• Provide technical and management support of Logistics Supply Support Activity (SSA) complied in a monthly report by the 10th day of each month.
• Research and draft technical requirements on support guidance and Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) for the CBRN Enterprise quarterly.
• Develop and update drafts of the Equipping, Logistics and Sustainment Annexes and submit drafts quarterly.
• Provide monthly analysis to NGB-J34 leadership of the NG CRE community to shape NGB-J34 policy in the form of information papers, EXSUMs, and PowerPoint briefings.
• Analyze documents and publications that require NGB-J34 CRE review, and provide comments and recommendations for changes relevant to the NGB-J34 CRE logistics effort within 72 hours of determination.
• Draft monthly plans for resetting units concerning Equipment On Hand (EOH) goals, objectives and SRP equipping aim points.
• Provide a Monthly Status Report (MSR) to the Program Manager (PM) and COR, which list accomplishments for previous month for each task and shall include previous month expenditures for labor, travel and other direct cost.
• Identify and discuss all problems or potential problems that will impact performance with the Program Manager and COR to include a summary of tasks accomplished, issues/problems encountered, corrective actions taken or suggestions for problem resolution.

• Coordinate, report, and manage the GSA fleet contract for CBRNE Enterprise and provide assessment to Division Chief and Program Manager once per month.

Secret clearance

8 years of Logistics experience

Familiarity with compiling monthly status reports.
