Position Overview:

Job Duties:

• Dictate meeting minutes, briefings, etc, and other materials as necessary.
• Analyze and draft written responses, outreach materials, partnership communications/messages and other related materials in response to requests from DHS.
• Develop, maintain, and coordinate the use of records management tracking tools and logs and ensure compliance with records management policies from DHS and the National Archives and Records Administration (NARA).
• Ensure compliance with advisory council guidelines, records management and DHS federal enterprise records schedules.
• Assist in collecting and consolidating quantitative data and qualitative/anecdotal information describing the value and impact of all activities across the program.

• Must be a US citizen willing to undergo a background investigation to obtain DHS Suitability
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field of study
• 5 years of related experience in support of the federal government as either an employee, civilian, or contractor
• Strong communication skills both verbally and in writing
• Successful track record of completing tasks in group settings as well as individually

• Current DHS suitability or an active government security clearance
• Experience working in support of the DHS and/or federal government
• Experience using SharePoint
