Lexus of Bellevue is a single point of contact dealership. Our Vehicle Advisors work with their guest’s from start to finish. This provides our staff more control over their overall success and provides our guests with a unique and exceptional experience.

This position pays $17 per hour plus bonuses. All employees subject to eligibility requirements, we offer the following benefits:

Automotive vehicle advisors handle several different responsibilities and goals on a daily basis. A few must have responsibilities are:

• Work with guests from beginning to end of their visit. Must be comfortable handling purchase paperwork and the presentation of vehicle protection items
• Provide an industry leading experience for your guests
• Providing product knowledge on all vehicles and their competitive sets

Preferred Qualifications:

• Customer service and/or retail experience
• People oriented
• Professional personal appearance
• Strong technology skills

Equipment/Machines/Tools Typically Used: phone, computer, adding machine, copier, calculator, stapler, fax machine, pencils/pens, letter opener, scissors, and rulers.

Physical Demands: Required long periods (80-90% of workday) of standing and walking (on showroom floor, on dealership lot including interior and exterior of building). Capable of walking extensively on concrete. Infrequent sitting, stooping, kneeling, and crouching. Lifting 20lbs or less and carrying 10lbs or less on a frequent basis. Frequent pushing and pulling, twisting and turning of trunk, reaching and handling of objects, occasional climbing, balancing and crawling.

Qualified candidates must have a valid driver's license, clean driving record, and the ability to pass a background check.

Qualifications

As a Vehicle Advisor, you must have exceptional skills in customer service and handling, including professional communication skills, both verbal and written. You must maintain a professional image, including appropriate grooming and dress. You must enjoy interacting with the public and have the skills to take a consultative approach in communicating with customers and prospects. The position requires you to be detail oriented and skilled in using computers, the Internet, an i-pad, and other technology, as well as proficient in basic arithmetic. You must also be punctual, reliable, honest, and treat all guests, customers, and co-workers with respect.
