OTSI (Object Technology Solutions, Inc) has an immediate opening for a Channel Quoting Specialist / Pricing Analyst / Customer Sales Operations Specialist
Location - Boise, ID (Hybrid)
Job Description
As a Channel Quoting Specialist at Client Technology, Inc., you will be responsible for interacting with our distribution partners in order to maintain and grow Client's channel business. It will be necessary for you to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure market share and sales plan goals are met, while taking into account Client's best interest. In Sales Operations we aim to make the quoting process as efficient as possible and ensure we take full ownership and responsibility for solving any customer issues.
Key Roles and Responsibilities
- Own a subset of channel customers and drive to meet/exceed established revenue and sales targets and metrics
- Align to Client s Channel leadership selling strategies
- Make independent pricing decisions within given guidelines
- Manage quotes within an assigned region/territory or rep firm and help train and direct information out within the defined area of responsibility.
- Have a thorough knowledge of our product portfolio and provide accurate direction to customers to ensure a correct product solution is provided.
- Develop and maintain key customer relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Be an expert on market pricing and own any escalation required to win the business.
- Work with Sales and/or Sales Operations to resolve any escalated delivery and/or pricing issues.
- Provide contract pricing guidelines to our sales team and provide blanket pricing.
- Quote follow up and determine what we need to do to win the business
- Go-to pricing person for assigned region/customers
- Achieve the department s key metrics/goals
- Manage business processes within area of responsibility
