Oasis International is Hiring a Remote Inside Sales Representative

Essential Job Functions:

  • Builds and maintains strong relationships with existing customers to understand their needs and requirements.
  • Recommends service and product enhancement to improve the sales potential and customer satisfaction.
  • Identifies and reaches out to potential customers within the plumbing wholesale market.
  • Conducts thorough research on potential customers to understand their specific needs and pain points, enabling you to tailor persuasive sales pitches and effectively position our products as valuable solutions.
  • Plans for the achievement of individual and divisional targets in alignment with the strategies and policies of the company.
  • Maintains accurate and detailed records of customer interactions, sales progress, and opportunities within Salesforce.
  • Stays informed about competing products and services.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

Job Requirements:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Relationship building experience.
  • Effective problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent time management skills.
  • A Bachelor’s or Associate Degree in Business, or considerable industry experience.
  • 3-5 years of inside sales experience preferably in the Plumbing or PVF wholesale markets.
  • Experience with Salesforce a plus.
