Oasis International is Hiring a Remote Inside Sales Representative
Essential Job Functions:
- Builds and maintains strong relationships with existing customers to understand their needs and requirements.
- Recommends service and product enhancement to improve the sales potential and customer satisfaction.
- Identifies and reaches out to potential customers within the plumbing wholesale market.
- Conducts thorough research on potential customers to understand their specific needs and pain points, enabling you to tailor persuasive sales pitches and effectively position our products as valuable solutions.
- Plans for the achievement of individual and divisional targets in alignment with the strategies and policies of the company.
- Maintains accurate and detailed records of customer interactions, sales progress, and opportunities within Salesforce.
- Stays informed about competing products and services.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Job Requirements:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Relationship building experience.
- Effective problem-solving skills.
- Excellent time management skills.
- A Bachelor’s or Associate Degree in Business, or considerable industry experience.
- 3-5 years of inside sales experience preferably in the Plumbing or PVF wholesale markets.
- Experience with Salesforce a plus.
