As an entry-level Dental Assistant at Oakwell Dental Care, you'll have the opportunity to learn and grow under the guidance of experienced professionals.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Patient intake & operatory prepartion
  • Maintaining a clean and organized workspace by sterilizing instruments and disinfecting treatment areas
  • Learning to take and develop dental X-rays with accuracy and precision
  • Assisting dentist and hygienists in procedures, including preparing equipment and materials
  • Assisting in administrative tasks, providing support to team members and contributing to a collaborative work environment
  • Team collaboration to ensure smooth workflow
  • Be open to taking on additional responsibilities beyond the outlined duties, as these tasks contribute to building a strong foundation for an entry-level dental assistant role and offer opportunities for growth and development within the practice.

**Qualifications:**

We're seeking candidates with the following qualifications:

  • Must hold a current RDA in the state of Texas.
  • Applicants should be familiar with Dentrix.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a genuine passion for working with people
  • Detail-oriented with a willingness to learn and take on new challenges
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and multitask as needed
  • Dedication to providing compassionate care and ensuring the well-being of our patients and team members

Working hours:

Mon: 7:45 am to 5:00 pm

Tues: 7:45 am to 5:00 pm

Wed: 7:45 am to 5:00 pm

Thurs: 7:45 am to 6:00 pm

Fri: 7:45 am to 1:00 pm
