Graves Bros. Home Improvement is continuing to expand into Albany and is looking to hire a full time Roofing/Siding Service Technician for roofing and siding repairs. Must be able to diagnose leaks and perform repairs to shingle roofs and vinyl, wood and fiber cement siding. Knowledge of other aspects of construction are a plus. (Interior remodeling, basic electric, plumbing, etc.) Excellent pay and benefits including company vehicle, 401K, health insurance, and paid holidays/vacation.

Requirements/Qualifications:

• Ability to communicate well with customers both verbally and written
• Construction/Roofing/Siding Experience (3 Years)
• Effective roof system evaluation, leak diagnostic skills and problem solving skills a must
• A good driving record is essential for this position
• Must be able to climb a ladder
• Position requires lifting up to 80 lbs.at times
• Excellent Customer Service skills
• Valid Driver's License required.
