As an Accounting Clerk, you will work in an office based setting, within our accountant department located in Mt. Holly, N.

Schedule: Full-time; Monday-Friday 8:00am-5:00pm

Responsibilities:

• Check petty cash slips, cash advance slips, cash reconciliation slips and receipts to make sure they have proper signatures
• Reconcile Petty Cash by logging onto TD Bank Website
• Prepare Journal Entry for Petty Cash line items
• Enter cash and checks on deposit cover sheets for the operating account
• Setup new debit cards and accounts for programs
• Prepare and post cash receipts daily
• Other projects as assigned

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent with a minimum of 2 years bookkeeping experience;
• Candidate must be detail-oriented; excellent computer skills, proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word;
• Non-profit experience, preferred;
• Valid Driver's License.
