Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Leasing Agent. As a Leasing Agent, you will be responsible for assisting prospective tenants with finding and leasing residential properties. This is an exciting opportunity to work in the real estate industry and provide exceptional service to our clients.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct property tours and showcase available units to prospective tenants
- Provide information on rental properties, including features, amenities, and lease terms
- Assist prospective tenants with completing rental applications and necessary paperwork
- Conduct background checks and verify applicant information
- Ensure compliance with fair housing regulations
- Coordinate lease signings and collect security deposits and rental payments
- Address tenant inquiries and resolve any issues or concerns in a timely manner
- Maintain accurate records of tenant interactions, lease agreements, and property maintenance requests
- Collaborate with property management team to ensure efficient operations

Qualifications:
- Previous experience in facilities management, customer service, or real estate administration is preferred
- Knowledge of fair housing regulations and leasing practices is required
- Strong sales and upselling skills to effectively promote available properties
- Proficient in office software applications (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with tenants, property owners, and colleagues
- Attention to detail for accurate data entry and contract management
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment

Pay: $18.35 - $22.10 per hour
